APRIL CLASS PROJECTS

This month for April, class members had the option for two ways to do their layouts and a fun peek-a-boo card.  Everyone enjoyed doing the peek-a-boo card and felt so proud when they put it together and it actually worked!!  Here is what we did:

Using Chelsea Gardens paper I created two different theme layouts using the same design.  One for Easter pictures and another for spring pictures.

 

 

 

The stamp of the month had some pretty big words so we made a 5x7 card for this card.  This stamp set would be great on layouts too.

 

 

 

 

Here is the peek-a-boo card that is easier to make than it looks and will WOW the person who receives it.

 

 

 

 

 

The last card everyone made was a simple but elegant card.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MARCH PROJECTS

The March classes will be the weekend of the 10th-11th-12th and everyone is welcome.  Here are the projects we will be creating in March.

 

 

 Winter has finally hit Colorado, so here is a layout to help us think of warmer times--Hello Spring.
The letters were cut using the thin cuts Block Alphabet --Z3386.  These letters are so quick and easy to use to make all sorts of titles for layouts or words for cards.

 The Stamp of the Month S1803 Birthday Time is a must have for those who are card makers, but would also be great for those birthday layouts.  Everyone has a birthday and who doesn't like to get a homemade card.

 Butterflies always make people happy and these were made using the Chelsea Gardens paper and the stamp set C1709 Chelsea Gardens-Cardmaking. The butterflies, flowers and leaves were cut out using the thin cuts, but because this set was so popular the thin cuts have sold out.

B1587 Zesty Best stamp set was used for this card.  Don't send those emails or texts when someone does something great--a handmade card is so much better.

FEBRUARY PROJECTS

I must apologize for being absent so long on my blog.  Fixing up a house for five months, classes, holidays and a fantastic trip to Thailand all got in the way.  I want to share the projects we did in February for anyone who might have missed the class but have the packets and want to put them together.

Using some of the Fundamentals paperpacks (which are going away) we made a layout that can be used for family events or Valentine pictures.

Here are two cards made using the February Stamp of the Month  S1802 Sunny Thoughts

This unique card also features Fundamentals using the stamp set A1192 Happy Heart.  This stamp set can be found in the big catalog and is available until July 2018.  It is also available in French and Spanish.

This card features the Stargazer paper pack and the B1557 Thanks a Million stamp set.
